    Boot Camp is a fun and energetic workout program that is a cardiovascular and dynamic resistance training program specifically designed based on science to target and naturally release hormones in your body that attack your fat cells like a heat-seeking missile. In addition, the program is also created to help stop certain hormones in your body that lead to slowing your metabolism and causing increase of fat cell production. All classes are taught in a safe, non-intimidating, friendly environment that encourages motivation, accountability, inspiration, and eliminates the boredom of regular gym workouts.

    • I’m not very fit, athletic or coordinated; can I still do Boot Camp?

    It doesn’t matter how fit, out-of-shape, athletic, or coordinated you are. Anyone can start boot camp; our program is designed for beginners, who haven’t workout in ages, all the way to advanced athletes. Like anything else physical, it takes time to learn how to be coordinated and to become athletic. We help you learn in an easy, super-friendly environment, and we are super patient to help you through ALL the training! Don’t worry, after a few sessions you will be amazed at what you can do.

    • Will I get injured?

    I place a huge amount of emphasis on doing the techniques correctly so students don’t get injured. I want you to have the best experience while burning fat and toning up, so the classes are designed for progression of fitness so you don’t get injured. Majority of injuries come from lack of proper technique or form, and being forced to do certain exercises before the student is properly prepared for it. We walk you through each step, so you can feel confident that you won’t get injured and that you will be able to train for a very long time. Beginners can feel confident they will learn each step. I have been doing this a long time and rarely see injuries occur during the classes. It is 100% safe to train in our boot camp program.

    • Am I too old to train?

    You are absolutely NOT too old to train in boot camp. I have students from all ages training and many who are over 50 in my program loving everything they are learning. If you have the determination and the right attitude, then you will get the best training ever.

    • Can a woman do Boot Camp?

    I hear this often from ladies who would like to do boot camp, but are worried that it is for men only. This is totally FALSE! Women can do this and actually perform BETTER. The environment is non-threatening and VERY female-friendly. If you are determined and come with an attitude to learn and have fun, then you will get a lot out of your training and have a great time. The classes are very welcoming and everyone motivates each other to keep going. The instructors are patient and can help you get through any of the workouts.

    • I don’t know anything about Boot Camp, do I need previous fitness training?

    If you are a complete beginner, or haven’t workout in a while, then you have NOTHING to worry about. Our program is designed to meeting the needs of a beginner student and walks you step-by-step through a progression that will give you A LOT of systematic knowledge of how to use the fitness program to help you lose weight and get into great shape. You don’t have to have previous training to do Boot Camp.
